Life can be messy, overwhelming, and full of ups and downs—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide counseling for children, adults, couples, and families in a safe, compassionate space where you can be heard, understood, and supported as you work toward healing, connection, and growth.

Every relationship has seasons of joy and challenge. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, wanting to strengthen your bond, or working through conflict, couples counseling can help you grow closer and communicate more effectively. I offer premarital counseling with Prepare/Enrich, as well as therapy for couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by recurring patterns. Using research-based approaches like EFT and the Gottman Method, I help partners better understand each other, rebuild trust, and create a more secure and lasting connection.

We often feel pressure to do it all—be the perfect parent, partner, or professional—while quietly carrying anxiety, exhaustion, or self-doubt. In individual therapy, I provide a safe space to untangle those pressures and discover what you truly need to thrive. Using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Enneagram, I help you identify the inner voices and patterns that shape your story, while building new ways of relating to yourself with compassion and strength. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move from overwhelm into greater peace, freedom, and authenticity.

Children often show us through their behavior what they don’t yet have words to say. Whether your child is coping with anxiety, adjusting to divorce, or facing other challenges, therapy can provide tools for healing and resilience. I use Theraplay-informed activities to strengthen parent–child connection and create a sense of safety and joy in relationships. I also incorporate body-based coping strategies to help kids manage big feelings in healthy ways. Together, we’ll work to support your child’s growth while equipping your family with practical tools to navigate hard seasons with connection and confidence.
