Welcome!

I’m Katherine Bell, a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and grow in connection, resilience, and self-understanding. I live in Tennessee with my husband, our child, and two playful doodles, who keep life full of joy and laughter.

When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and sipping iced coffee. These simple joys help me recharge and stay present, both in my personal life and in my work with clients.

In addition to my clinical work, I bring a decade of experience leading teams in mental health nonprofit organizations, helping to build strong, supportive, and effective systems. I also serve as an adjunct professor at Volunteer State Community College, where I enjoy mentoring students and sharing my passion for psychology and mental health. These experiences enrich my approach to therapy, allowing me to combine clinical expertise with leadership insight and a deep understanding of systems and relationships.
